In Restaurant Goretti Salou we would like to thank our customers that, in case of not being able to attend your reservation, please let us know as far in advance as possible to facilitate a better organization of the service and the availability of tables.

Cancellation of reservations

Reservations can be cancelled at no cost.

Currently, the restaurant does not charge any fees, penalties or cancellation fees.

2. Communication of the cancellation

In the event that the client is unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible through the contact channels or the reservation system used, if applicable.

Prior notice of cancellation allows the restaurant to reorganize the service and offer the table to other customers.

Modification of reservations

Requests to change the date, time or number of diners will be subject to availability at the time of request.

4. Non-presentation

Although the restaurant does not currently apply penalties for no-shows, it is recommended that you always inform the restaurant if you will not be attending the reservation.

5. Reserves managed by third parties

When the reservation is made through an external reservation platform or system, the terms and conditions of that provider may also apply. The customer is advised to review them before completing the reservation.

6. Admission rights and service management

The restaurant reserves the right to rearrange reservations and table assignments according to the needs of the service, availability, organizational reasons or force majeure.

7. Policy changes

The restaurant may update this cancellation policy at any time to accommodate operational or reservation management changes. The current version will be the one published on the website.
